I first loved the old country music they played, that was awesome! There were so many great things on the menu that it was honestly difficult to choose. For starters we had the artichokes and bone marrow. I could eat 100 of those artichokes. The bone marrow was succulent. My wife had the special, the filet with the bone attached, rare with a béarnaise sauce. She said it was the best steak she ever eaten. I had the bone in ribeye, rare with cowboy butter. We had carrots and the twice baked potato. The entire meal was absolutely delicious. We had the banana cream pie for dessert. This place was worth the wait. We cannot wait to go back.
