Absolutely beautiful restaurant for a special occasion. The Thursdsy steak night deal was brilliant also.

Food/Wine: 10/10, had the Snapper crudo for entree and steak special for main. Also had a beautiful Italian red. Staff: knowledgeable and can really notice the team work/theyre a well oiled machine there. Ambiance: if you prefer a more old school pub feel rather than a modern one, this is the place to go. Lovely open fire and cozy feel. Also, bonus they have a fantastic beer garden when the weather is suitable.

Since the Stags Head has introduced the Workers/Seniors lunch menu I have been on three separate occasions with different friends. Each time, we have been so happy with the warm welcome, the friendly & courteous staff and the outstanding food on offer! Each meal has been cooked beautifully and plated up with style - a feast for the eyes before you take your first bite! As a local senior person, it's wonderful to see the attention to detail and effort to present a "Seniors" meal, and I hope everyone will get down to the Stags to support this fabulous initiative. And the A la Carte menu also looks very impressive. It's my new go to place!

The bar staff were so helpful and lovely, the food was great and the drinks were delicious.
