Food and service phenomenal every time! Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu

The lovely Mrs and I had heard positive things about Char Blu so we decided to try it for ourselves. Started with cocktails, Hearts on Fire for her and a Clean Martini for me. Both were delicious! For an app we had the Braised Beef Nachos which we HIGHLY recommend, but note that while the serving size is appropriate, it was more than what 2 people should have eaten (but WORTH IT). Then for the main the wife and I each got the 6oz Filet and they were both cooked to perfection. The tallow confit potatoes were delicious, and the romesco paired nicely with everything. The only low light was the asparagus seemed to be a tad on the woody side. Heidi was our server and she too was amazing! The lovely Mrs and I are already working on a time to go back because there were just so many things on the menu we wanted to try!!!

Amazing experience. Service was exceptional and the food, oh the food!!! Everything we had left us wanting more. The salads even left us in awe. I’ll be coming back soon. Make sure to stop at the Flora Room below before or after for a drink too!
