The service was outstanding; it felt like the staff worked as a team, and the service was very well-timed. If we had just finished with a dish, someone was there to remove it. If we had finished with our bread, someone was there with more bread. But the service never felt obtrusive. It was perfect, and how often does a diner get to say that? We came specially for the Wednesday Prime Rib Night, and the prime rib was excellent, cooked exactly as we had requested. Even the green beans were perfect, tender but with a bit of snap.
