What we wanted was available, was cooked as ordered and temperature was as expected. The F&B Manager, Lance Green, greeted us and was aware of the previous night's dinner. Hal, the Maitre d', seated us at a beautiful table, server, Samantha, was really professional, sommelier, Ruth, had a great recommendation on the wine.
