Biryani Kebab Chai began with a passion to bring the royal flavours of Lucknow to London, opening our first outlet at Marble Arch in 2022. Under the culinary direction of Head Chef Arsh Thakur, our menu blends age-old Awadhi techniques with the freshest British produce to create dishes that are both timeless and bold.
