Our magnificent new Mayfair branch brings the wonders of Fait Maison to South Molton Street. Escape the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street to experience the exquisite menu of Executive Chef Om Waleed, including a wide array of influences that spring from her varied and colourful Mediterranean and Middle-Eastern heritage as well as a genuine love of food that not only tastes incredible but is also a total feast for the eyes.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily. We have a variety of dishes of the day, dependant on the season, along with a host of home-made delights, including renowned house favourites – Kebda and Shakshouka – as well as afternoon tea and sensational desserts.

Nous y sommes aller pour tester le Tea Time, le thé à la rose est très bon, les scones sont servie tiède et les mignardises sont très bonne mais malheureusement les serveurs ne sont pas top, ils ne faisait pas attention aux clients car ils étaient trop occupé à discuter entre eux... Dommage

We visit Fait Maison Mayfair to enjoy a traditional english Afternoon Team and we really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was great, the place is beautiful, food was great, tea was amazing, staff was very helpful and nice. We would certainly return to Fait Maison Mayfair. The only suggestion I would make, is the music - it was too loud and it didn't fit the space. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against the arabir music and TBH, even though I didn't understand it, it sounded beautiful, but having an english afternoon team with arabic music, doesn't fit the moment. I understand this is a multicultural space, and my comment is not a critic, rather what I felt or at least, what were my expectations. Again, nothing against arabic culture.

Lovely place to chill and good food, my wife and I had a lovely late tea here before heading off to the theatre. Fabulous milkshakes

We arrived for the Iftar menu as per their website. They did not have it on offer. Other food was available from the menu. Atmosphere was not a bit dull to be honest. Food was average.

The lady waiter was so so bad. I asked for tissues and she ignored me. The toilet was soooooo bad. My reservation was at 11am I arrived on time and they gave the table after 20 minutes. The food was very delicious I want to came back but I can’t because of the service

Horrible experience this time round. Salmon was overcooked or reheated and we only had not even a quarter and gave out feedback. Staff did not offer alternative but said coz We had some bites we had to order the same food and pay up. Payment wise we did not even complain except when the manager Saif was rude and then my niece spoke up that how can they justify to talk and say we pay in full. This branch due to the above lets the brand down. Experiences at Berkeley and Qatar branch were amazing every time but South Molten pulls the standards down
