Very disappointing birthday experience. I noted the birthday in the reservation, confirmed it again at check-in, and personally asked the waitress for the full birthday celebration with dessert and the birthday song after dinner. She agreed. Instead, she only brought a small scoop of ice cream, said “happy birthday,” and left. During our dinner, staff sang for several other birthday tables, which made it feel very upsetting and unfair. When I asked about it, she just said they were busy and offered 15% off. It was not about the discount—it was about making my mother-in-law feel special on her birthday. Very poor service and very disappointing.

It is always a good opportunity to get together with friends and celebrating. I know we were chatting a lot, so maybe one of the noisy groups, but it was little bit hard to listen to the person who sat away from me in the too noisy environment -- but service was good.

The food was delicious. We had 8:30 reservations and seated at 9pm. This was a long wait for us. Since this was our first time here, I asked about the menu. The server immediately directed us to the set meals, basic, meat lovers and the high package. It would have been better to take the time and show the rest of the à la carte or ways to order other types of items to bbq, as I asked about vegetables. The server responded with either the basic or the salad in meat lovers. Kitchen closed at 10 pm. I

Got the meat lover combo set. At first we got our starters and apps quickly. Then first 3 plates of meat as well. Then, we waited 30 mins For the last 3 sets of meat . Server turned up heat too high , meat burned too quick and dripped oil which caused a potential hazard. Manager came and scolded us.

Had a reservation at 8:45 and arrived 8:40ish to check in. Didn’t get seated until after 9; then what’s the point of rsvp at all?? Asked for diced garlic but it was horrendously cut - seems like whoever made it had never used a knife before. Such a terrible dinner for a frequent customer here - if you guys cannot accommodate this many customers, then just don’t release this many rsvps!
