The Korean bbq experience is delivered really well. Most tables have a bbq pit, though some dishes come on bbq plates. They have some really good cuts of beef and pork. However, even though bbq is their selling point, the sushi is really done well. They have beautiful sushi sharing plates. Also great fish to bbq. I would spread your choices on the menu. Staff are helpful and will advise on options. However when I was there the staff were forgetful

My friend rcm to come here for dinner. I read lots of review about bad service etc. But overall my own experience was great. Yes the price is a bit more compare to others but the quality is good. The meat is tender and great marinated. Staff was helpful, food came fast. The only thing i think you need to improve is remember to fill tissue to the table drawer more often. I asked the staff for the tissue and he told me to check the drawer, i said there was none. He opened and showed me there was 1 tissue left 😂 After that he did bring me more tissue. I just found a bit funny about that. Anyway 9,5/10 for High Yaki. Will be back for sure.

Horrible. The food was frozen and artificial the wagyu was old and not edible. You are made to sit with a table with strangers? The seating arrangement is honestly a case of trying to squeeze too many people into one space. If u I could give 0 stars I would.

Didn’t get a chance to eat here as the staff refused to sit us down even though we had a table booked and arrived on time. They just kept telling us to wait. We waited for 30 minutes before finally deciding to leave and go somewhere else. What made matters worse is groups of people came, that didn’t have a booking and they were sat down immediately. It seemed very strange and I will never be coming to this restaurant ever again. The staff are so rude.

The food itself was all very nice, however some big let downs, firstly the temperature most people including staff had to wear coats. Secondly staff after an initial warm greeting everything else was hard work, no engagement with customers overall would put me off returning.

The cold weather did not help with the door entrance right in front of the counter area and no cold curtains to block the elements so every time the door is open (which is quite often) you hit with the cold blast of winter chills. The BBQ meat quality is not great (short ribs and pork belly) and it's quite a small portion . The Japanese side of sushi , nigiri and rolls are good and delicious. Wine by glass also very reasonable but only one white and one red option.

Very slow service, took at least 20 minutes for them to serve our rice and bbq sauce when we already got our bbq meat.

Excellent food and service! We had the BBQ plus a few items from the regular menu and all were excellent! The staff were so friendly and we are definitely going to be returning again soon, 5 stars all the way.
