2 courses for £20, or 3 for £25. when you book a bench you’ll unlock our set menu, made for groups who love to share food as well as moments. expect our signature bold, fresh flavours with wagamama classics and a few new favourites too start with koko ‘prawn’ crackers or edamame, then share small plates like chilli squid, bang bang cauliflower, bao buns and gyoza. for mains, go classic with katsu curry or yaki soba, or try something bolder like our warming kare burosu ramen, fragrant raisukaree curry or why not treat yourself to our crispy saku saku duck soba (+£4). then end on a sweet note with miso caramel banana bread or ice cream if you’d rather, our full menu is always there too *set menu cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or rewards including blue light card and soul club rewards

I didn’t like the fact we were ignored when entering the restaurant and made to wait for what seemed a long time! Once seated, again it took ages to order and food to arrive! The service was terrible and needs improvement.

We had pre-booked a table for 12 via OpenTable, but on arrival were split across two tables (8 and 4), which immediately set a negative tone as we had booked specifically to sit together. While the T&Cs suggest it might not be possible to seat everyone together, it wasn't obvious when making the booking on the app. Service throughout was poor. After finishing our plates, numerous staff passed by, without offering to clear our plates. Then, midway through the meal, a waitress publicly and falsely accused my 15 year old son of vaping, announcing this in front of other diners. He was not vaping, and the accusation was completely unfounded. If there was a genuine concern, it should have been handled privately and with discretion, not publicly. The embarrassment and distress this caused completely ruined the family gathering. Used to be a long term fan of Wagamamas, and hence why we booked it for a large family gathering but I would never return with a large group.

Stood at entrance area waiting to be seated. Staff were chatting with each other looking our way but not coming to speak to us. This continued for a while. Then when someone finally came they seated couple in front of us who had been waiting. Then a waiter came to seat us. Said I had a booking for 11 people, he didn't smile or welcome us to the restaurant. I said we needed a high chair. Again no smile, I can't sit you here then was the responce! Sat us at a bench where the end had not been cleaned. Luckily the waitress who served us was much more helpful and welcoming. Food was hot and tasty. This saved the experience

Service really really poor. You wait for ages at the door and every time we go it’s the same you are totally ignored. The staff go out of their way to avoid any contact .. a simple I’m sorry just hang on I will be with you in 5 would help. Once seated ordering isn’t any better and again ignored 2 or 3 times before finally getting any service. The food was good and fast but the service just does not match what you are paying and always leave this branch feeling disappointed unfortunately Get some training going here pls as my kids love it but I don’t want to pay that much to be ignored again thanks.
