BE.STEAK.A is an American steakhouse with fine dining Italian roots. Founded by Chef/Owner Jeffrey Stout of Orchard City Kitchen. Chef Andrew Thai runs the helm under Chef's Stouts watchful eye. BE.STEAK.A prides itself in lavish extravagant touches that invite the guest into a special kind of restaurant. Our friendly staff are professional seasoned veterans who look at hospitality as an art. We feature both an a la carte menu as well as a prix fixe tasting menu. BE.STEAK.A has two private dining rooms for larger parties doing events as well as two outdoor patios. Our cocktail program and bar are second to none. We have one of the largest selections of Vintage Amaro. Wine Director Corey Reis has crafted a well thought out list. We offer lunch Friday and Saturday. Sunday - we host a grand brunch buffet which is a great way to spend a Sunday with family and friends. We invite you to visit on the bay areas best restaurants as well as one of the best steakhouses.

We love Be.Steak.A and use any special occasion as an excuse to eat there! For our anniversary, we arrived and our special occasion was immediately acknowledged and a beautiful anniversary card for us was already waiting at our table. Rosemary, our server, was, as usual, gracious, knowledgeable, and attentive. With her, we never find ourselves looking around to find our server! And the food was excellent - high quality, creatively prepared and cooked/presented with extraordinary care. Each course was incredible with just the right portions. And by the way, I really think Be.Steak.A cooks my steak exactly the way I like it - and this is consistent! We’ll be back soon, special occasion or not!!

My perfectly cooked steak arriving still sizzling on the scorching hot plate had my mouth watering. Two lovely gentlemen spooning bacon brussels and creamed spinach onto my plate, alternating between my friend and me, was like a graceful dance. Excellent experience, excellent food. Highly recommend.

We celebrated an engagement here and had a wonderful experience. The communication beforehand was excellent — the restaurant called in advance to confirm our reservation and even included a custom congratulatory message on the menu. Service was attentive, the food was delicious, and the entire evening felt special. We will definitely be back.

Delicious food, lovely drinks, and a fantastic service. Should these be the factors you are looking into experiencing at a restaurant, then I certainly would stop by Fleming's Steakhouse - Santa Clara, CA. I took my parents to Fleming's for lunch on Memorial Day, May 25, 2026. My server's name is Haro. Haro is an awesome server: provided recommendations, attentive to details, verified and communicated back to the customers to ensure service is at top speed and quality. Examples: * My dad was going to order the Prime Spinalis Ribeye Cap; however, the restaurant was out of the ribeye cut and hence, Haro recommended the Wagyu Surf & Turf dish, which completely "wow" my dad. * My mom wants to order the Barbeque Salmon Fillet, but she was concerned there may be diary as she is allergic to dairy products. Haro informed the chef of the concern and confirmed back with us that the barbeque glaze does contain diary. But fear not, as this rockstar chef created an impromptu dish with salmon that made my mom happy and satisfying. Another shout-out to Haro's superb service is during dessert time. We were so full that I didn't plan on ordering dessert, but my love for Fleming's Chocolate Lava Cake made me order anyway. With sweets, I had to order black coffee. Dad decided to get coffee too after hearing how Fleming's freshly coffee is good. When mom saw the coffee, she wanted to try it as well. We asked Haro for another cup, but instead of just a cup, Haro came out with another freshly brewed coffee and stated it is for my mom and on the house. These little things will let you see what makes a good server versus an outstanding server. Furthermore, Haro also asked if we drink. Dad can, but neither me nor my mom drink. With this knowledge, Haro came out with another surprise: 1 champagne with alcohol for dad and 2 virgin champagnes for mom and me. The champagne completely took my breath away as it was that good! My parents were in awe as well! Splendid service!!

Morton’s Steakhouse is our go-to restaurant when my family wants to celebrate special events or just want a great place to enjoy great food. We always have the shrimp cocktails, lobster mac and cheese, and the steak cooked to our liking , staff are welcoming and professional
