    We celebrated our 49th anniversary at this restaurant. It exceeded our expectations. Within 10 minutes of our arrival, we had been told “ Happy Anniversary” by 4 different people. Their staff is wonderful and attentive. We were offered champagne and a dessert, complimentary. Our dinner was outstanding. Everything was perfectly prepared and the plates were presented attractively. Their menu has something for everybody.

    Timbers lodging was wonderful. I was able to walk the entire 2.25 mile nature trail in the evenings after my conference and the trail was very well-maintained. The scenery was gorgeous and the history of the resort/signage displayed throughout was educational and fun. While the elliptical was not working (stopped working after about two minutes into my workout), the pool was a great second option to swim laps and get a workout in - especially when it was rainy in the mornings. What made my stay over the top was the chef! The chef was outstanding! The chicken and waffles and the chocolate chip brioche French toast with pistachio glaze and orange blossom syrup were picturesque and delicious!
