    The food is very good- portions could be a little or a little less expensive. The service is very good, excellent. Rodolfo is a sweetheart and the other staff was really on point. No one was hovering but things were done in a timely fashion. Despite being busy, the room was still quiet enough to hear the conversation at the table. The room is understated, elegant but not stuffy. I will definitely be back!

    I had a great time at Café d’Alsace on the Upper East Side! The vibe was just right - cozy and lively without being overwhelming. The food was fantastic - my waffles were fluffy and delicious. Service was attentive and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. My only tiny gripe is that I wish they offered more fruit options with the waffles - only strawberries were available. Still, I left really happy and will definitely be back!
