    We always enjoy our time at The Hourly. It’s a predictably good evening or day out with great food, inventively prepared with always fresh ingredients. It’s my go-to for the freshest raw bar around too. Their bartenders are consistently offering fresh, new mixes & libations that are either twists on old classics or a newer creation. Plus their wine list stays current and nicely varied. We have never had a negative service experience over the past 10 years. It truly feels like our neighborhood spot.

    You can always count on a nice kebab. The person who ordered New England clam chowder liked it very much. the rest of the group had the steak tips and loved the good portions and the sides. The staff handled a medical emergency quietly and efficiently and kudos to the Newton Police Department for sending several officers walking over to help before the ambulance arrived.
