Lo! Upon the second day of June in the year 2026, I did journey with my fair lady to the halls of Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse in Rosemont to mark the day of her begetting. There we were received as honored guests of the realm. Our guide through this feast was the noble Gina, whose service shone with the swift grace of Legolas and the warmth of the Evenstar. Under her wise counsel we took up the Chicago Cut — a steak of such heroic girth and flavor that even the horn of Helm Hammerhand might have sounded in salute — and the New York Strip, bold and true as Andúril reforged. Beside them stood mashed potatoes smooth as the waters of the Anduin and grilled asparagus spears green and proud as the banners of Lothlórien. Yet verily I say: one does not simply finish a meal at Gibsons! Though we battled with the valor of the Rohirrim, the portions proved mightier than our stomachs, and we left the field with honorable remnants upon the board. Even the chocolate mousse pie — dark, rich, and mysterious as the mines of Moria — could not be wholly conquered that night. Throughout our repast the entire company of staff moved across the floor with the silent precision of elven scouts and the tireless coordination of dwarves at the forges of Khazad-dûm… a well-oiled machine, but far more pleasant than anything forged in Mount Doom. Not a single misstep, not a single delay — only seamless hospitality. Five stars I give, and gladly. In these latter days, when many halls have grown cold, Gibsons yet keeps the ancient virtues of generous feasting and noble service. We departed full of cheer (if not entirely full of steak), already plotting our return with a larger fellowship to share the load. Happy begetting day, my lady. And long may the grills of Gibsons burn bright.

Carmine's was the perfect setting for the business lunch! The service was outstanding, food was delicious, and the experience was exactly what I had hoped it would be!! I appreciated the General Manager's (Joe) attention to detail regarding the event! The restaurant has many seating options, from comfortably elegant booths to elevated casual bar seating and the staff has always been incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and service oriented.

Good place for a casual drink, lunch or meeting near O'Hare. Nice service and the food is good. I like both the bar and the dining room and find both comfy. Yes, there is a parking lot also.

Such a great time I was there yesterday celebrating my birthday with my parents and gf. Service was amazing if a server could go above and beyond they wouldnt hesitate.

As always the service is top notch and the food is amazing. As always the crab legs did not disappoint!!
