    Of all the fine dining, Michelin starred, tasting menus I’ve enjoyed around the world, this may just have taken the cake for my favorite meal. Everything was exceptional, flavors were creative and well paired, and the hospitality was wonderful. No notes, couldn’t recommend more!

    The food was exceptional as was the service. Although the restaurant was very busy, we felt like we were the only table there. The menu was amazing with standouts that included the duck liver parfait and rhubarb dishes. Wine pairing is a must, as the sommelier mixed in Dom Perignon to start, great wines, sake and a Royal Tokaji for dessert. Sonoma Milk & Honey was just outstanding! If you are looking for a 3 Michelin star dining experience that is lighter than most and actually farm driven, with explosive flavor, this is it. Well done, Single Thread Farm!

    We brought my sister and her husband this time! We have been here about 7 - 10 times. It is always consistent! It is so fun and relaxing with each tapa course. Everyone is so friendly. We live in Los Angeles are and this is one of our favorite restaurants!
