    We had a fantastic lineup of tapas at BARCA. The Mojo Rojo-braised pork belly was rich and perfectly balanced by the sweet and sour cabbage and pomegranate demi-glace. The Spanish tomato salad was incredibly fresh, showcasing heirloom tomatoes and shaved pearl onions with a beautiful punch of manchego and pedro ximénez vinegar. For the mains, the skirt steak was tender and paired beautifully with vibrant chimichurri and crispy fingerling potatoes, while the crispy Brussels sprouts stole the show with their sweet chili glaze, mint, and crunchy marcona almonds. Highly recommend all four dishes!
