Monte Carlo Hotel & Casino Restaurants

Arguably one of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas and I’ve been to a lot of them. Javier’s is a “must” on our list of stops when in Vegas

The staff was amazing - professional - discreet - warm and made us feel welcome and valued. The food was amazing - great presentation - perfectly cooked The ambiance is perfect for a date - lowlight with music that is not too loud - warm colors and very comfortable sitting. The food we had : Caviar Scallops Lobster bolognese Wine : Bottle of Ruinart champagne So yes it’s expensive but at no point we thought it was over price A special thanks to the manager for visiting our table and thanking us personally- truly one of the best restaurant experience in Vegas !!!

Great food in a crowded high turnover restaurant. Not a place to relax for a quiet meal. We skipped the Chef’s three course option, and ordered ala carte. Highly recommend the BBQ plate, the Bonchon sampler, and fried rice. Lots of delicious food in each.

We had a fantastic birthday lunch with a friend, and Jonathan, our server, absolutely made it special. We kicked things off with drinks at the front bar before heading into the restaurant. As we walked in still holding our cocktails, the three little hostesses gave us the stink-eye like we’d just ruined their vibe. Fun fact, ladies: you’re not that hot, and that sour attitude at your age isn’t going to get you anywhere in life, nor in anyone’s bed. Luckily, once Jonathan took over, everything turned around. He guided us perfectly through the wine list, appetizers, salads, pizzas, and pastas. The lasagna was excellent, the spicy linguine had just the right kick, and the pizzas were solid. Everything we tried was genuinely delicious. Snatchy hostesses aside, we had a great time and will definitely be back.

Food was great and they give you plenty! Wonderful service!
