    The Delta Bistro is part of the Delta supply house and offers four different menus every day of the week. It has meat, fish, and vegetarian offerings that are rotated throughout the week. Some of the meat dishes include calf boiled beef, shashlik of lamb, and krustenbraten from young pig. Fish dishes included bass, hake, and salmon tranche. For vegetarians, there are dishes such as the goat cheese burger, romanesco, and sage gnocchi. Delta Bistro also offers desserts like the coconut cream mango coulis, a dark chocolate praline ganache, and a raspberry mascarpone with fresh berries.

    Willkommen im Maa Deyo.
    Unser Restaurant liegt in einer der ältesten Gaststätten von St. Pauli und steht für eine moderne Autorenküche, in der lateinamerikanische Aromen auf zeitgenössische kulinarische Ideen treffen. Das Menü umfasst vegetarische, vegane, Fisch- und Fleischgerichte sowie eigene Interpretationen von Klassikern wie Ceviche und Crudo – ausgewogen zwischen süß, sauer, mild und pikant.
    Hinter der Küche steht Küchenchef und Inhaber Cristian Orellanus, ausgebildet in Chile bei Paulo Russo und Alain Guillon, mit anschließendem Masterabschluss am Basque Culinary Center. Seine Laufbahn führte ihn durch Spanien, Italien, Portugal, Frankreich, die Schweiz und Deutschland.
    Wir arbeiten mit einem Sharing-Konzept für ein lebendiges Miteinander am Tisch. Reservierungen gelten für maximal zwei Stunden; bei Bedarf an mehr Zeit bitten wir um vorherige Information.

    The Skyline Bar 20up has recently become one of Hamburg’s gastronomic hotspots and, with its diverse selection of fresh cocktails, is also a well-known hub of St. Pauli. In addition to its elegant ambience, the bar captivates with its unique view of the Hamburg harbour. The seven meter high panorama windows offer an unrestricted view of the city's most important sights, such as the fish market and the concert hall Elphilharmonie.

      Über den Eingang zur Bar erreichst du auch das Restaurant im ersten Stock. Hier erwarten dich unsere „BUNKER bites“ zum Teilen oder als Menü.

      Napoli trifft St.Pauli
      Einfach richtig gute Pizza backen – das war unser Ziel, als wir uns dazu entschlossen, das TAZZI zu eröffnen. Wir fanden den Laden, verliebten uns in St.Pauli und ließen uns einen echten neapolitanischen Kuppelofen liefern. Im Oktober 2018 öffneten wir unsere Türen und freuen uns seitdem, dass ihr genauso gerne im TAZZI seid wie wir.

    Der GASSENHAUR ist Österreicher aus Überzeugung und dabei fest auf dem Hamburger Kiez verankert.
