Montesacro is the first “Pinseria Romana” in the United States.
The interior resembles old Roman “Fraschette”, offering a wide selection of artisanal cheeses and cured meats, cold dishes from Roman tradition and a modern take on pinsa, a low fat, low calorie and easy to digest flat bread made with a blend of rice, soy and wheat flour imported directly from Rome, all GMO free.

We decided on the tasting menu, which was fantastic! We also ordered two other dishes that were not on the tasting menu but looked too good not to try. EVERYTHING was delicious. Lamb carpaccio, stunner. Panise, yes please. Kabobs, yum. Eggplant, more please! Branzino, AAmazing! The service was so good. The food came out quickly. Cocktails were fantastic, as were the mocktails. I’m going back soon!

Excellent as usual 😊 The new chicken pot pie was such an inspired revision of the classic. I loved the replacement of the cream sauce with almost a fortified broth. Additonally the lamb ribs tasted fantastic but could have used a more acidic sauce for me.

Wow - if I could give 10 stars, I would!! Pazzia is always an incredible dining experience. The setting is reminiscent of a small Italian plaza - intimate yet providing privacy for conversation. The food is all hand-crafted, nothing frozen or pre-prepared. I always check the "specials" board, and last night the Ravioli was incredible!! when paired with the fine selection of Italian wines, I felt transported back to Italy!! The service team at Pazzia is second to none. They are always ready to fill your water glass get you a fresh glass of wine. The team has been together for quite a while, and it shows. From dinner prep to service, the Pazzia team is on it - they are the best!! And be sure to save room for dessert - the Tiramisu is one of the best I have ever had. I always get a second piece to take home!! All-in-all, Pazzia is a unique dining experience that should not be missed - I can't wait to go back!!
