At its core, Echo Lake is a celebration of rum in all its styles, showcased through rum-focused cocktails and a selection of house-made rhum arrangé, agricole rhum infused with fruits and spices in the tradition of the French Caribbean. Highlights from the bar include the Daily Daiquiri (always $12) and the Freezer Ti Punch, Echo Lake's take on the freezer Martini by way of Martinique. Everything was amazing. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable & hospitable. He picked 3 wines for us that were spot on. The wait service was friendly and professional. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered scallops, octopus, cheese & meats. Our main course consisted of 3 different pasta dishes: TONNARELLI with Lobster, BUCATINI all’Amatriciana, & MEZZE MANICHE alla Puttanesca. The pastas were cooked to perfection. It was a wonderful evening.
