An eclectic menu of hearty, classic bistro dishes crafted with New York flair. Think: A hearty Wagyu French Dip, topped with mozzarella and a creamy horseradish au jus, served on a perfectly crunchy baguette; or the Lobster Frites, made with luxe Maine lobster; the Bolognese Blanc, with freshly made rigatoni in a luscious white wine sauce, topped with wagyu beef ragu and parmigiano reggiano; or the innovative Caesar Salad with Fried Cream Cheese Croutons, which takes a classic Caesar and modernizes it with the flavors of that New York staple – the everything bagel. The star here, however, is the over-the-top Angie Chop Martini, a thinly pounded, breaded pork chop redolent of butter, lemon and red wine vinegar, topped with hot peppers and parmigiano reggiano imported from Italy.

The restaurant is inspired by the intersection between the Mediterranean & Latin American Cultures, and sustained in Enrique Limardo's bold culinary approach. At Imperfecto we believe that human beings are not perfect. We are far from perfect. We are Imperfect. And it's imperfection that moves us forward and shows us how to improve. The restaurant design is inspired by Greek culture. The oldest definition of "perfection", goes back to Aristotle, who defined the concept in three: which is complete; which is so good that nothing of the kind could be better; which has attained its purpose. At Imperfecto, we know that a restaurant space is not complete if it’s not filled with people; that we will try our best to maintain the highest levels of creativity, flavors and service; and that we will always pursue our purpose of bringing magical culinary experiences to our guests.

Great food, lively but not noisy. Attractive dining room open the air and a streetside patio. Seems like a neighborhood favorite. Delicious food—we had the Brussels sprouts, ravioli, blackberry and an avocado, arugula and blackberry salad with grilled tofu. Tofu had a chili glaze and was tender inside, crisp out—perfectly cooked and seasoned which is rare. Our grandson loved the hamburger and steamed broccoli from the kids menu. We requested the kids chocolate sundae to go and it was beautifully packed with waffle bowl, ice cream, sauce, whipped cream, sprinkles and gummies all separately. That was impressive. An excellent experience!
